Some of you may know me by Denise, but I now go by my spiritual name Deepa, (which means “A light for God”).  I’ve been on a spiritual path for 27 plus years beginning with my Buddhist practice and as I grew spiritually on my Buddhist path came to see the oneness in all paths of spirituality, and have grown into what I call a Buddhist Yogi.  I practice the path of Buddhism and Yoga, bringing in the oneness of all paths, knowing that each path resonates with the vibration of the person who enters in to it.

What makes life amazing to me is having experiences of the Divine.

Experiences of the Divine are when you experience more peace, calmness, joy, and love.

I have found through my own personal experience to have more experiences of the Divine I have had to go through a healing process. That process has been to accept all of me, all of my different emotions, all of what many of us call faults, all of the wounds of my heart…everything. These wounds are what kept me limited and stuck, afraid of stepping into the truth of what I really wanted to do and why I feel I was put on this planet.  Once I could accept all of me I could stop resisting and start allowing…  allowing myself to speak and act on what I really wanted to do…allowing myself to laugh and be the joyful person I came into be.

It’s a continuous practice of accepting and allowing so the Divine can unfold and I can step into being the powerful being that all of us are meant to be. I want to help you do this too!

I know I have.  Just about everyone I’ve met has experienced resistance within themselves in some form, especially if you’re in business for yourself.  Every woman entrepreneur I’ve ever worked with has experienced it when I work with them. 

The reason is I want to hold the highest for you.  I believe you can embrace your spirit, live your purpose and grow your business standing in your truth.  I want you to step into your light and be the “best you”, you can be.  To honor your truth of why you are on this planet, and actually act on it and live it. (Here’s a key to manifesting abundance)

I want you to have an Amazing Life, and an Amazing business that supports you.  What I have found working with woman entrepreneurs is resistance is one of the biggest obstacles that holds women back from living their purpose and having a successful business.  It is one of the main obstacles to manifesting abundance. 

To manifest abundance in your business and your life you need to understand how resistance is creating the very thing you don’t want.  You’ve probably heard “What you resist persists.” Watch to find out what resistance is and how to overcome it so what ever you are resisting can stop persisting…..

Life’s been challenging in a good way, because I’ve been growing and healing some of my wounds that have kept me from standing in my truth.  So even when it seems like life sucks, I always know an “aha” moment of realization is coming, a realization that I learn something where I grow as a person, and when I grow as a person it means I can grow my business.   I believe in order to grow your business you have to be growing inwardly as a person.  Growing spiritually, emotionally, and intellectually. 

 I see everything in my life, especially the challenges as an opportunity to learn and grow where my consciousness has an opportunity to expand and brings me one step closer to self-realization, enlightenment, God. 

 The challenges come because I am resisting what it is I need to learn and grow so I can be more enlightened than I was the day before.  One of the things I have been resisting is some spiritual guidance I received almost 5 years ago.  I was guided to teach from my experience and help others.  So I wrote my book “Set Your Mind for Success and Attract What You Really Want.”   I wrote it because my partner encouraged me to write it so I would have a speaking platform, and I thought I could write it from my personal experience and help women as I felt Spirit was guiding me to do. 

Because of the personal challenges I’ve been having lately I’ve come to realize a whole new level to what Spirit meant for me to do.  I now realize that Spirit was and is wanting me to give on-going insights I get in my day-to-day life that can help others expand their consciousness and heal past wounds that have prevented you from standing in your light, your truth.

 Starting today anything that helps me to grow and expand my consciousness is going to become part of Amazing Life TV.  So what are you resisting that is making your life challenging?

I’m clear my amazing life has the time and space so I can do meditation and chanting.  Time to commune with my higher self so I can have more love and joy in my life and know myself better.

It’s something we’ve all heard.  Enjoy the journey but how many of you are enjoying your journey to success? 

If it feels hard every day and you aren’t having the energy of love and joy then maybe you need to make some changes in your life and/or your business so you can start enjoying the journey. 

Here’s one thing I do to have an Amazing life and enjoy the journey….

Do you know what your Amazing Life looks like? 

Most people just go about each day caught up in the shoulds and have to’s of what is pulling on them to get done.  Not concsciously creating their Amazing Life, but letting life happen to them. 

 An Amazing life to me is about having spiritual and financial success.  That’s why I have made Amazing Life TV about inspiring you to have  success spiritually and financially. 

Spiritual Success to me is about my connection with  God/ Spirit.  About how I am as a person.  Am I able to be more loving and joyful towards others and myself, and living my soul calling of why I was put on this planet.  Financial success is having the resources so I can take care of myself and family, and live my purpose.  Living my purpose is having a positive impact in women’s lives and in the world. 

I believe it’s important to have both because with out both you can only have a minimal positive impact on the world.  Money is what helps you help others.  The more you have of it, the more you can utilize it to help others. 

I’d love to hear feedback on what is inspiring and what you would find helpful to create your amazing life.    If spiritual and financial success are two things you want, but you find yourself caught up in the day to day habits.  Here’s something I do towards creating my Amazing Life that can help you to start having yours. 

  Take a break!  If you don’t take breaks maybe you should start considering it.  Research has shown that breaks make people more efficient and productive.   

I recommend you take a break and GO OUTSIDE.  If at all possible go outside in nature.  I find nature revitalizes and feeds my soul, and I bet it will do the same for you.  I also find it helps awaken my creativity when I take a break outside. 

If I’m feeling unclear or my mind isn’t working as well as I would like it to  I go outside in nature and within 10 or 15 minutes my brain will feel more clear and I see so many more possibilities.  So take a break somewhere outside that feeds and revitalizes your soul.  Feeding and revitalizing your soul is one of the most important factors in your success.  

Here is one of the places that does this for me, the Yuba River.  I drive by this river every time I am going to town.  Take a moment and be inspired by the Yuba River.
